| Fr. Vincent arrived in Putnam County on August 26, 2004 to
spend time with the people of Putnam County and learn of their way of
life. He came to express his appreciation to the Ottawa
Knights of Columbus #1757 members who sponsored him through his seminary
schooling. While visiting Putnam County, Fr. Vincent spent time at
Ottawa Sts. Peter & Paul, Glandorf St. John's, New Bavaria Sacred
Heart, and various homes of the Knights.
Fr. Vincent was born on June 21, 1972 in Kapchepkor Village, Baringo District, Kenya. His schooling consisted of: St. Mary's Major Seminary in Molo; St. Augustine Major Seminary (philosophy), St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary, Nairobi (theology). On May 8, 1998 he received the Ordination for Diaconate and was ordained into the priesthood on Nov. 20, 1999. He currently serves at Sts. John and Paul, Kamwaura, Nakuru Diocese. |
